I've been doing a blog since last spring sometime, but it ended up being more centered on my moms side of the family, mostly because they also do blogs, and we've just kind of ganged up together. I finally realized it's too hard to do stuff on these that pertains to both sides of the family. There's just so much material. My blog is mostly things like old family pictures, reunions, things like that. I just recently reconnected with aunt Doris, and that's got me thinking about that whole side of the family more. So I'm starting another one for my Gustafson side.
I have tons of stuff to post, and hope it's of interest. I have in my posession literally boxes of pictures and assorted "stuff" that was uncle Vernons which has been quite a chore to look thru. I want to share some of these things with the family. And I've made contact with a couple distant family members, with whom I've exchanged pictures and family information. And there's all the pictures my parents had from "back on the farm".
So, if this is of interest, kinda let me know. You can either shoot me an occasional email, or you can post comments directly within the blog. And maybe pass along the link to this blog. I'll keep at it as long as I have an audience.

Well I hope that the family starts checking this out. Because I would like to get to know them better. And not only that, but I would like to get to know this side of my family history a bit better as well. So here's wishing ya luck on recruiting!
